Lead Pastor
Rob Reed
Pastor Rob joined the CBC staff in 2025 as Lead Pastor. He was born and raised in the Akron, Ohio area and had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home. He gave his life to Christ around the age of 12 and was later baptized. As a senior in high school, he began sensing God’s call on his life for pastoral ministry, and this was confirmed and encouraged by his family and friends. He went on to graduate from Cedarville University (1993) and Baptist Bible Seminary (2000), and since then has served as a full-time pastor.
Rob has been married to his beautiful wife Mindy since 2003 and they have six children.

For 14 years, he has served as Pastor of Evangelism at Calvary Baptist and also as an Elder at a Bible church. He also provides biblical counseling to those who find themselves struggling or simply want to delve deeper into their understanding of the Word of God.
